By using new Microsoft plugin “Microsoft Save as PDF of XPS” you can convert any of MS office 2007 files format to PDF by just one click. Next time when you prepare a presentation for your client or college notes, you will love to save your files directly in PDF format as its lot easier to read PDF files compare to other formats.
Download the plugin from the below given link and install it, In your Save menu you will get a new option “Save as .PDF file” and save your Microsoft Access, Excel, Info-path, Onenote, PowerPoint, Word 2007 files as PDF File.
Note : This plugin will work only with MS Office 2007 and higher version.
